Permissions
The right access for each person.
Five roles cover every family. Give each person the one that fits, then fine-tune.
Who can do what
The roles at a glance.
Owner and Admin run the family. Parents do everything day to day. Caregivers help in the Rooms they’re in. Kids just look.

Caregivers
Caregivers are family too.
A nanny or grandparent works in the Rooms they belong to, edits the calendar, and can read kids’ allergies and medical notes for emergencies. Give them more when you trust them with more.
Guests
Guests aren’t a role.
A guest is someone outside the family with access to one shared Room or todo list. They never see the rest.
